Hello

Position : Functional Job Title:  Hyperscale Supply Chain Sales Director

Location : National and international- REMOTE

Employment  Type : C2H or Full Time

Hyperscale Supply Chain Sales Director

Our client is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and technically knowledgeable Supply Chain Solutions Sales Leader to develop and expand relationships across the world's leading Hyperscale, NeoCloud, AI, GPU Cloud, and next-generation data center operators. This position will be responsible for building executive-level customer relationships, identifying large-scale infrastructure and supply chain requirements, developing strategic sourcing solutions, and converting customer demand into long-term revenue and strategic partnerships.

This is not a traditional transactional sales position. This role will position our client at the center of that challenge—helping customers secure the fiber, network, power, cooling, compute, and critical infrastructure required to move from capacity planning to operational data center environments faster and at greater scale.

The successful candidate will operate as a strategic infrastructure and supply chain partner to customers—working across procurement, engineering, construction, operations, finance, and executive leadership to solve complex challenges surrounding capacity, lead times, product availability, logistics, financing, and deployment schedules.

The role will leverage our client’s global supply chain, distribution infrastructure, manufacturing relationships, technical capabilities, and extensive product portfolio to support customers deploying hyperscale data centers,

AI factories, GPU clusters, cloud infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities worldwide.

The Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to.

Hyperscale & NeoCloud Business Development

Develop and manage strategic relationships with Hyperscale, NeoCloud, AI infrastructure, GPU Cloud, and large-scale data center customers.

Identify customer infrastructure requirements 12–36+ months ahead of deployment.

Supply Chain Solutions

Work with customers to develop comprehensive supply chain strategies covering critical data center infrastructure, including:

High-count fiber optic cable

Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure

Inside Plant (ISP) infrastructure

Strategic Sourcing & Capacity Planning

Understand customer construction pipelines and translate future deployments into actionable supply forecasts.

Identify long-lead-time infrastructure risks before they impact customer schedules.

Speed-to-Market Solutions

A major objective of this position will be helping customers accelerate Speed to Power and Speed to Capacity. The individual will identify supply chain solutions that reduce infrastructure deployment timelines by:

Commercial & Financial Solutions

Partner with leadership and finance teams to develop innovative commercial structures supporting large infrastructure programs. The candidate must be comfortable developing and negotiating opportunities ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars, with the potential for larger multi-year global agreements.

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

The successful candidate will be expected to build a pipeline capable of generating significant nine-figure annual revenue opportunities.

Required:

The ideal candidate is a hunter, strategist, relationship builder, and dealmaker who understands that the next generation of data center sales requires much more than selling individual products. This individual should be capable of sitting with a customer executive discussing a multi-billion-dollar data center expansion program and then working internally with engineering, procurement, manufacturers, logistics, and finance to build the supply chain solution required to execute it.

The candidate should possess:

Strong executive presence

High commercial intelligence

Entrepreneurial mindset

Strong negotiation capabilities

Deep customer relationship skills

Technical curiosity

Financial acumen

High sense of urgency

Bachelor’s Degree Requirement: No (desired)

Notes****

The client is looking for a senior-level enterprise sales hunter who can bring in massive business from hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure companies, and GPU cloud providers by selling strategic supply chain solutions — not just individual products.

They're looking for a rare hybrid: a strategic enterprise sales leader with deep data center infrastructure knowledge, supply chain fluency, financial structuring skills, and the executive presence to negotiate at the highest levels

They also wants a proven enterprise "hunter" with existing executive access at hyperscalers and neoclouds, who can sell supply chain solutions (not products) and close very large deals.
