The firm has represented major automotive manufacturers in sophisticated litigation, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on challenging cases and develop expertise in a specialized practice area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Prior Lemon Law, Automotive warranty or Manufacturer defense experience is not required. Attorneys from any litigation background, including newly admitted 2026 California Bar attorneys, are encouraged to apply.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage approximately 25–35 cases across all stages of litigation.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.</li><li>Conduct depositions, participate in hearings and assist with trial preparation.</li><li>Develop case strategies, manage deadlines and work toward effective resolutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Active California Bar license required.</li><li>1+ years of litigation experience. (Open to fresh graduates)</li><li>Litigation experience in any practice area is welcome.</li><li>Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage cases independently and work in a remote environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Compensation:</strong></p><p><strong>The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</strong></p><p>Additional compensation includes a 10% bonus at 1,850 billable hours, with discretionary bonus consideration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>100% employer-paid medical insurance/dental / Vision</p><p>Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).</p>
