Sales Insights & Analytics Manager (Remote)

Amex GBT is a place where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good and – through their work – can make an impact on our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.

We are looking for a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Sales Operations team as an individual contributor. This role is not a people-management position — it is a senior analytical seat for someone who wants to be the trusted, source of truth for sales insight across the Sales organization. You will move our analytics beyond descriptive reporting into proactive, actionable insight — building predictive forecasting models and acting as a thought leader who understands the market environment deeply enough to translate it into recommendations sales leadership can act on.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the go-to person and trusted partner within the sales organization for all sales insights, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Uplevel existing analytics and reporting from descriptive dashboards into proactive, actionable insights that directly inform GTM strategy.

  • Partner directly with sales leadership to scope, build, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of strategic and in-quarter decisions.

  • Own forecast reporting and analysis, driving accuracy in predicting closed-won results ahead of time.

  • Build and maintain predictability and machine learning-based models that flag which deals are likely to close, which are at risk, and which are likely to slip.

  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Tableau covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and rep/segment performance.

  • Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on metrics definitions, reporting standards, and GTM strategy.

  • Support QBRs, executive reporting, and strategic planning cycles with rigorous, well-communicated analysis.

  • Proactively own data governance and hygiene across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, ensuring the organization can trust the data behind every report and decision.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/GTM analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, ideally within B2B SaaS.

  • Highly proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, Excel, and Tableau.

  • Proven experience building forecast reporting and predictability models, including using machine learning or statistical methods to predict close-won outcomes and deal slippage.

  • Demonstrated ability to take highly complex business problems and distill them into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong track record of proactive data governance and hygiene ownership within a CRM environment.

  • Sharp understanding of market and competitive dynamics, with the ability to translate external context into internal strategy and action.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior sales leadership without formal authority.

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity, prioritizing across multiple collaborators and ad hoc requests.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, sales leadership will treat you as the default source of truth on how the business is really performing — coming to you not just for a report, but for a point of view. Your forecast and predictability models will materially improve the organization's ability to see around corners on what will and won't close, and your insights will be visibly shaping GTM strategy, without you needing to manage a team to get there.

Due to business needs, candidates based in Eastern timezone are preferred.
