Food Safety & Quality Capabilities Senior Manager - Dairy

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our dairy products across all stages of production, from sourcing to distribution. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can lead a team and drive continuous improvement in our food safety and quality processes. Develop and implement food safety and quality standards for dairy products in accordance with PepsiCo's global policies and regulations. Oversee the entire dairy supply chain to ensure compliance with food safety and quality guidelines, from sourcing of raw materials to distribution of finished products. Lead a team of food safety and quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the company's standards and goals. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to identify and address any potential food safety and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for food safety and quality processes. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to food safety and quality, and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment with PepsiCo's food safety and quality standards. Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality, and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for food safety and quality processes, and ensure they are consistently followed by all team members. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams within the company on food safety and quality-related matters. Act as a representative of PepsiCo in external forums and events related to food safety and quality, showcasing the company's commitment to delivering safe and high-quality products to consumers.
