Part-Time Evening Call Center Agent

Job Description: • Provide customer-focused call center support as a part-time evening agent • Complete virtual paid training • Follow the rotating weekly schedule • Work required Sunday shifts once per month • Communicate energetically and effectively with customers • Listen to and negotiate with customers while maintaining a customer service focus Requirements: • Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing • Proven ability and desire to help people • Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus • Engaging and enthusiastic personality • Confident, clear and effective communication style • Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented • Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy • High School Diploma or GED is required • Must be hard-wired into internet via Ethernet Cable • Availability for required full-time training during the first 2 weeks: 7am-4pm CST Monday-Friday • Availability for third-week training: Monday/Tuesday 4:30pm-9pm CST; Wednesday-Friday 5pm-9pm CST • Availability for rotating weekly schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday one week; Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday the next week • Availability for one Sunday per month from 3pm-5pm CST • Availability for Saturday shifts from 9am-2pm CST and Monday-Friday shifts from 5pm-9pm CST Benefits: • Remote position • Virtual paid training • Equipment is provided Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
