  • Follow up when needed to make sure customers feel supported and taken care of

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm, professional approach when working with frustrated or upset customers
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand what a customer really needs
  • A “how can I help?” mindset rather than a “that’s not my job” mindset
  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Someone who notices the little things and understands that thoughtful service makes a big difference
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
