PWA Expert for TikTok Traffic

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience building, running, and optimizing PWA funnels for traffic coming from TikTok Ads.

This is not a general web development position.

We need someone who understands the full PWA acquisition funnel and has previously worked with paid traffic at scale.

You should have experience with:

PWA funnels for TikTok traffic

PWA install flows and push notification opt-ins

Pre-landers / bridge pages / app-style landing pages

Tracking the complete funnel from click → install → registration/conversion

Conversion tracking and postbacks

Working with affiliate offers and performance marketing

A/B testing landing pages, flows, and creatives

Optimizing install rate, CTR, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS

Understanding differences between Android devices, browsers, and TikTok in-app traffic

Integrating PWA funnels with third-party trackers and affiliate platforms

Experience with gambling, sweepstakes casino, betting, e-commerce, or other performance marketing verticals is highly preferred.

Please do NOT apply if your experience is only developing normal websites or PWAs without paid acquisition experience.

When applying, please include:

What type of PWA campaigns you have worked on

Which traffic sources you used

Which verticals and GEOs you worked with

Approximate monthly traffic/ad spend you handled

Which tracking platforms you have experience with

Examples of funnels or results you have generated

Your preferred pricing structure

We already operate large-scale performance marketing campaigns and have our own tracking infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who understands PWA as a performance marketing funnel, not just as a technical product.

Generic applications will be ignored.
