About the Opportunity
Come join our network of motivated and innovative professionals. We are seeking independent contractors to provide virtual occupational therapy for K-12 students in Pennsylvania. This independent contractor position offers excellent work-life balance, allowing for flexible scheduling and complete control over your monthly caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage independent student scheduling and caseload responsibilities.
  • Collaborate and consult directly with student IEP teams.
  • Create, monitor, and implement educational goals as prescribed in student IEPs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including daily service logs, monthly communication logs, quarterly progress reports, and annual IEP input.

Schedule & Platform Logistics

  • Direct services are generally provided on school days between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Sessions are scheduled independently to align with your availability and the family's schedule.
  • Occupational therapy is conducted on approved virtual platforms (such as Zoom or Presence Learning) at the contractor's own expense.
  • Direct service hours are reimbursed at a competitive rate; indirect time for scheduling and paperwork is non-billable.

Required Qualifications & Credentials
To be considered, you must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and possess PA-based professional experience. Out-of-state applicants without verifiable PA credentials and PA experience will not be reviewed. Must reside in the United States.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
