Job Summary

Inside Sales Support: CRM + Outbound Calls

We're a US materials distributor, 30 years in business. We need ongoing weekly help calling our lead list and keeping our CRM current. These are contacts we have already reached out to. The job is turning them into customers, or at least getting us an opportunity to quote.

**What you'll do**

- Outbound calls to plastics processors and injection molders in the US from our list. Reach the buyer, find out what materials they run, log it.
- Keep contacts current in Nutshell. Same-day entries.
- Research and add new contacts by region.
- Follow-up emails to anyone you don't reach by phone.
- LinkedIn connection requests to purchasing contacts, plus posting our content.
- One email blast per week.

**Requirements**

- Fluent, neutral spoken English. You'll be on the phone with US plant and purchasing managers.
- 2+ years B2B outbound or inside sales support.
- Daily CRM experience. We use Nutshell. Having used it is a plus, but any CRM is fine if you're disciplined about logging.
- Comfortable with a product that has technical detail. You don't need a plastics background, we'll teach you the material. You do need to be willing to learn it.
- Tools: Gmail, Nutshell, Word, Google Docs.

**Hours**

20 hours per week, ongoing. Calls happen 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern or Central, skipping the lunch hour.

**In your proposal, answer:**

1. Which CRM, and for how long?
2. Outbound calls per day in your last role?
3. Tell me about a product you sold that took some learning to understand.
