About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Virtual Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with established businesses, helping them maximise the value of their health and wellbeing benefits while delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You'll play a key role in retaining and developing existing business relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and supporting clients through engaging presentations, webinars, and wellbeing initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Virtual Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SME clients, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver virtual presentations and employee engagement sessions that support health and wellbeing programmes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product penetration across Healthcare, Cash Plan, Dental, and Specialist Health services.
  • Achieve and exceed growth, retention, and cross-sales targets.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Risk to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Continuously improve customer journeys, processes, and service delivery.
  • Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What We're Looking For
