Viewing Assistant - Temp Role

About The Role Do you enjoy building relationships and possess excellent communication and organisational skills? Are you interested in getting training from London’s leading estate agency whilst working with one of our best developers? If so, read on, we may have the opportunity for you! We are currently looking for temporary staff to join our Build to Rent team during our busiest period. You will work independently showing applicants properties at the site of one of our biggest and most sought-after developers. If any viewings result in a let for Foxtons, you will be rewarded additionally. You should expect to be out on viewings most of the day, with one hour dedicated to providing feedback from applicants to the Foxtons team. The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm. Key responsibilities: Accompanying applicants around properties in line with company guidelines Promoting the benefits of properties and the surrounding location Providing feedback to the Foxtons team on comments, questions, and feedback Collecting and returning keys to the developments you will be based in We offer: £12 hourly rate plus £50 for each viewing that results in a let for Foxtons Comprehensive training The opportunity to work with a top developer and gain exposure to the property industry Paid work experience that could lead to a career in property About You This role requires excellent communication skills as it is primarily a customer service position. Applicants should be well-presented (the dress code at Foxtons is formal business wear) and able to commute to our sites in North or East London.
