Video Editor Needed – 30–45 Second High-Energy Brand Story Video

# Video Editor Needed – 30–45 Second High-Energy Brand Story Video

## Project Overview

We’re looking for a talented video editor/storyteller to create a **30–45 second brand video for GNB Global** that showcases our growth, our people, our projects, and—most importantly—**why our clients keep coming back.**

This is **not** meant to feel like a generic corporate promo video.

We want something fast-paced, authentic, emotional, confident, and visually badass.

GNB Global has grown because we do what we say we're going to do. We move fast. We get the job done. We stand behind our work. We build real relationships with our clients.

Our company vision sums it up pretty well:

**WE GIVE A SH!T.**

And we want this video to make people *feel* that.

## The Story

The video should communicate a simple message:

**GNB is growing because our clients trust us—and they keep coming back.**

We aren't looking to brag about growth through a bunch of numbers and corporate buzzwords. We want to **show it through the people, projects, relationships, and work happening in the field.**

Think:

**Trust → Execution → Relationships → Repeat Clients → Growth**

We want viewers to walk away thinking:

*"These guys actually care, they get shit done, and they're the kind of company I want on my project."*

## Footage Provided

We already have a library of content for you to work with, including:

* Client/video interviews

* Employee interviews

* Installation crew footage

* Active construction/jobsite footage

* Completed project footage

* Behind-the-scenes clips

* GNB branding and logos

* Additional photos/video assets as needed

Part of this project will involve reviewing the footage and identifying the strongest moments, soundbites, and visuals to tell the story within a very short timeframe.

## Editing Style

We want a **modern, cinematic, high-energy B2B brand video.**

We're looking for someone comfortable using:

* Strong interview soundbites

* Fast-paced jobsite footage

* Music and sound design

* Text animation

* Motion graphics

* Kinetic typography

* Logo/brand animation

* Strategic transitions

* Punchy cuts synced to music

* On-screen messaging that reinforces the story

We definitely want **words and graphics flying onto the screen** throughout the video.

Potential messaging could include phrases such as:

**BUILT ON TRUST.**

**MOVE FAST.**

**DO WHAT YOU SAY.**

**GET IT DONE.**

**STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK.**

**THEY CAME BACK.**

**THEN THEY CAME BACK AGAIN.**

**THAT'S HOW YOU GROW.**

And ultimately:

**WE GIVE A SH!T.**

We're open to creative direction from the editor. We don't want someone who simply stitches clips together—we want someone who can help us **tell the story.**

## Deliverables

* One finished **30–45 second GNB Global brand video**

* Professional color correction/grading

* Professional audio mixing

* Music

* Motion graphics and animated text

* GNB branding incorporated throughout

* Final high-resolution export

* Social-media-ready export(s)

* Reasonable revisions to dial in the final product

## Timeline

**We would like the completed video within one week of hiring.**

Because of the quick turnaround, we're looking for someone who can begin immediately and communicate consistently throughout the project.

## Who We're Looking For

You should have experience creating **high-energy brand videos, construction/industrial videos, commercial content, or cinematic corporate storytelling.**

Experience working with construction, manufacturing, data centers, industrial companies, or similar B2B brands is a huge plus.

More importantly, you need to understand **storytelling.**

We have the footage.

We need someone who can find the story inside of it and turn it into 30–45 seconds that hits hard.

## When Applying

Please send:

1. **2–3 examples of your BEST work** that are similar to this style. Please don't send your entire portfolio.

2. Your availability over the next 7 days.

3. Your estimated turnaround time for a first cut.

4. Your process for reviewing interview footage and selecting soundbites.

5. Your fixed-price quote for the project.

**BONUS:** Start your proposal with **"I GIVE A SH!T"** so we know you actually read the entire job posting. 😉

If you're creative, understand pacing and storytelling, and know how to make corporate content feel anything but corporate, we'd love to work with you.
