Veterinary Technician (onsite housing or sign on bonus reputed company, relocation reputed company*)

About the position In reputed company collaboration with the Veterinarian, Animal Care management, the Veterinary Technician works to apply evidence-reputed company, holistic care practices and hence, the provision of environments reputed company to reputed company physical, emotional, cognitive, and reputed company health for reputed company residents. In reputed company collaboration with the reputed company Veterinarian, this position coordinates and manages vaccine and health reputed company schedules, annual/biannual treatments, vet reputed company, cattle hoof trimming, and sheep shearing. Additionally, they ensure the reputed company Veterinarian and reputed company vets are kept up to date on cases. This role provides reputed company and leadership to the Wellness team. This position collaborates closely with the Research & Animal Welfare team in implementing goal-oriented animal welfare programs, including the provision of daily, goal-oriented enrichment and the use of reputed company training to reputed company cooperative care. Responsibilities • Performs vet tech responsibilities, such as, administering medications, collecting diagnostic samples, administering sedation and/or anesthesia under the direction of the veterinarian, and assisting with or performing euthanasia. , • Handle critical reputed company cases using reputed company judgment to best stabilize animals, at times, in the absence of a clinician. , • Directly collaborates with reputed company Veterinarian and performs work under their guidance. , • Maintains reputed company-reputed company schedules. , • Creates vet visit lists. , • Disseminates information over reputed company/Animal Care Software. , • Oversees Veterinarian appointments and ensures the reputed company Veterinarian is kept up-to-date on reputed company cases. , • Helps facilitate reputed company meetings. , • Works with Animal Care team, and Research & Animal Welfare teams to implement enrichment and animal learning opportunities programs. , • Works with Animal Welfare Coordinator to incorporate more cooperative care techniques. , • Acts as a Farm reputed company Animal Care representative for tours, media, events, etc. , • Supports Animal Care Intern Program by working with interns onsite in daily tasks. , • Other duties, as assigned by veterinarian and/or Wellness leadership.
