Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to help us troubleshoot and review a security configuration issue in our Microsoft 365 environment.

We need someone who can quickly identify potential misconfigurations, explain the root cause, and recommend practical corrective actions without turning this into a large implementation project.

Scope of Work

- Review our Microsoft 365 tenant and relevant Entra ID configuration through a screen-sharing session.

- Check Conditional Access, MFA, user sign-in settings, and relevant security policies.

- Identify configuration gaps or potential security risks.

- Provide clear recommendations and, if agreed, implement one or two straightforward corrections.

- Summarize findings and next steps.

Required Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.

- Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, identity security, and Microsoft security best practices.

- Experience troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.

- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and work efficiently under time constraints.

Engagement Details
