Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, publicists, and agents to secure top-tier guests and talent for radio shows and events. Coordinate and negotiate contracts and appearance agreements with talent and their representatives. Conduct thorough research to identify relevant and trending topics, stories, and guests that will appeal to our audience. Collaborate with radio show hosts and producers to brainstorm and develop innovative and engaging content ideas. Manage and maintain a database of potential guests and talent, including contact information and availability. Communicate effectively and professionally with talent and their representatives to ensure a seamless booking process. Stay up-to-date on current events, industry news, and emerging talent to continually expand and diversify the pool of potential guests. Coordinate and oversee all logistical details for talent appearances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site requirements. Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to promote and advertise upcoming guest appearances and events. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential talent and their representatives. Maintain accurate records and reports on talent bookings, expenses, and performance. Stay informed on FCC guidelines and regulations related to talent appearances and ensure compliance.
