Surrogacy Referral & Outreach Specialist — Remote, Flexible, Commission-Based

Job Summary

A Fuller Life Surrogacy is growing our recruiter network, and we're looking for warm, genuine people to help connect surrogates and intended parents with our agency. This is not a sales job. There are no quotas, no scripts, and no cold calling. Our program is built on honest conversation, answering questions in online communities, sharing real experiences, and being a trustworthy first point of contact for someone exploring surrogacy.

You set your own schedule and your own level of activity. Some of our recruiters are active daily in Facebook and Instagram communities; others simply refer people they know through personal conversation. Both are valuable. This role works well around school, family, and other commitments, and no prior recruiting experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Engage authentically in online communities — Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, forums — where surrogates and intended parents are looking for information and support
  • Answer questions honestly and share accurate information about A Fuller Life Surrogacy
  • Build genuine relationships through supportive, educational conversation rather than promotion
  • Be transparent about your connection to the agency in every interaction
  • Connect interested surrogates and intended parents with agency leadership for next steps
  • Follow up respectfully and without pressure
  • Keep simple records of your referral conversations for attribution purposes
  • Escalate any medical, legal, insurance, or contract questions to agency leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Warm, patient communication and the ability to listen before responding
  • Comfort participating in online communities and following group rules
  • Honesty and discretion — protecting the privacy of everyone involved is non-negotiable
  • Willingness to say "let me verify that before I answer" rather than guessing
  • Respect for boundaries, and the judgment to know when a conversation should go to agency leadership
  • Personal experience with surrogacy, fertility treatment, or the parenting community is a plus but is not required

What This Role Is Not

  • No cold calling or telemarketing
  • No pressure tactics, guarantees, or false urgency
  • No quotas or minimum posting requirements
  • Recruiters do not give medical, legal, insurance, or tax advice

Compensation

Commission-based, with no base salary.

  • $2,000 for each surrogate referral who successfully completes medical clearance
  • $2,000 for each intended parent referral who signs an agency agreement

Referrals are attributed when the surrogate or intended parent identifies you by name during intake. Payments are issued after the milestone is completed and verified.
