Supply Attendant

Manage inventory levels to ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available for flight crews. Restock supplies on a regular basis to maintain a fully stocked and organized inventory. Monitor and track supply usage to identify any potential shortages or overages. Work closely with flight crews to ensure all necessary supplies are available for each flight. Maintain a clean and organized supply room to ensure efficient and safe storage of supplies. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for supply management. Follow established procedures for ordering and receiving supplies, including verifying quality and quantity. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Monitor expiration dates and rotate supplies as needed to ensure freshness and safety. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely supply deliveries. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when handling and storing supplies. Continuously update and maintain supply records and documentation.
