DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position requires excellent time management and communication skills. This position communicates directly with internal and external customers, and coordinates and facilitates all contracted intermodal and automotive hub services agreements to ensure BNSF service needs are met and aligned with volume and capacity demands.
