Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell spine orthopedic products to surgeons, hospitals, and medical professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and benefits to drive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns related to product usage and performance.Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations in clinical settings, including hospital theatres, ensuring medical staff understand the correct use, advantages, and potential outcomes of the Business Development: Identify and target potential new clients within the assigned territory, expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration.Product Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, medical staff, and hospital representatives on the proper use, care, and maintenance of spine orthopedic productMarket Research and Territory Management: Track and monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends in the assigned territory to adjust strategies and meet sales goals.Collaborative Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support, and logistics, to ensure product availability, resolve any issues, and deliver excellent customer Support: Offer ongoing support after the sale, including follow-up visits, product troubleshooting, and feedback collection to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with hospital procurement teams and decision-makers, assisting in contract terms, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
