Social Media & Graphic Designer - Entry Level, Work From Home

About the role:We're looking for an enthusiastic entry-level designer and social media coordinator to join our team. You'll create engaging content for social media, design graphics for digital and print use, and help manage our online presence. No prior experience is required—we'll provide full training.

What you'll be doing

Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using a content calendar; monitor messages and track how our posts are performing.

Graphic and Print Design: Design eye-catching graphics, flyers, brochures, and infographics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite while keeping our brand look consistent across all materials.

Print Coordination: Prepare design files for printing and work with vendors to make sure printed materials are delivered on time.

Digital Accessibility: Make sure all digital content and PDFs are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, using industry-standard tools and practices.

Brand and Content Support: Organize design files and templates, and work with team members to turn programme information into content that reaches the public.

Skills/background needed

High school diploma or equivalent (required). Any prior administrative or professional work experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. Familiarity with Canva or design software, social media platforms, and a willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite are all helpful. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once are important.

Preferred experience (nice to have):Two years working on social media or communications for an organisation, including creating a content calendar, tracking performance, and ensuring accessibility. Two years creating digital and print designs using design software, editing video, preparing files for print, and writing promotional copy.

Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length:Full-time, permanent position.

Location:Open to applicants worldwide. This is a fully remote role, and you'll work from home.
