This is a senior-level individual contributor position for someone with strong experience in receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, freight coordination, and warehouse organization.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Receiving & Inbound Operations:</strong><span> Receive incoming shipments, verify products and quantities against shipment documentation, identify shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect products, and ensure accurate system entry and put-away.</span></li><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong><span> Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, location/bin management, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.</span></li><li><strong>Order Fulfillment & Shipping:</strong><span> Pick, pack, verify, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule while maintaining established quality-control procedures.</span></li><li><strong>Freight Coordination:</strong><span> Support incoming and outgoing freight shipments, including coordination with carriers and freight forwarders and review of Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, routing information, and other shipping documentation.</span></li><li><strong>LCL Shipments:</strong><span> Assist with and independently coordinate LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipments based on experience and assigned responsibility.</span></li><li><strong>Warehouse Systems:</strong><span> Maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and fulfillment transactions within the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems.</span></li><li><strong>Quality Control:</strong><span> Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quantity, finish, condition, packaging, and order accuracy and promptly escalate or resolve discrepancies.</span></li><li><strong>Display Support:</strong><span> Assist with the preparation, assembly, quality control, packaging, and shipment of retail displays according to required specifications.</span></li><li><strong>Team Support & Leadership Development:</strong><span> Serve as an experienced resource to other warehouse employees, assist with training and cross-training, reinforce established procedures, and demonstrate the leadership skills necessary for future advancement.</span></li><li><strong>Equipment & Facility Support:</strong><span> Assist with routine inspections and coordination of maintenance or repairs for forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.</span></li><li><strong>Warehouse Supplies:</strong><span> Monitor operational supplies such as boxes, tape, pallets, packing materials, and safety equipment and communicate replenishment needs.</span></li><li><strong>Safety & Organization:</strong><span> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and promptly report equipment, facility, inventory, or safety concerns.</span></li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong><span> Identify practical opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse organization, productivity, and workflow.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Warehouse Experience:</strong><span> Minimum of </span><strong>5 years of warehouse operations experience</strong><span>, including meaningful responsibility for receiving, inventory, and shipping/fulfillment.</span></li><li><strong>Inventory Experience:</strong><span> Demonstrated experience with inventory counts, reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.</span></li><li><strong>Shipping/Freight:</strong><span> Hands-on experience coordinating or processing inbound and outbound freight shipments.</span></li><li><strong>Warehouse Systems:</strong><span> Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, inventory management system, or similar warehouse technology.</span></li><li><strong>Operational Knowledge:</strong><span> Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse organization.</span></li><li><strong>Leadership Potential:</strong><span> Demonstrated initiative, accountability, reliability, problem-solving ability, and the ability to guide or assist other warehouse employees.</span></li><li><strong>Quality Focus:</strong><span> Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product, inventory, shipping, and order discrepancies.</span></li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><span> Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.</span></li><li><strong>Education:</strong><span> High school diploma or work in the United States.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Industry Experience:</strong><span> Warehouse or distribution experience within plumbing, kitchen and bath, decorative fixtures/hardware, building materials, construction products, home improvement products, or similar durable goods.</span></li><li><strong>LCL/Freight Experience:</strong><span> Experience with LCL shipments, freight forwarders, Bills of Lading, carriers, or import/distribution operations.</span></li><li><strong>Leadership Experience:</strong><span> Previous experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Lead Shipping/Receiving Associate, or similar position.</span></li><li><strong>WMS Experience:</strong><span> At least 2 years of experience working with warehouse or inventory management systems.</span></li><li><strong>Equipment Experience:</strong><span> Forklift experience or certification and familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.</span></li><li><strong>Equipment Maintenance:</strong><span> Experience identifying equipment issues and coordinating routine service, inspections, or repairs.</span></li><li><strong>Display/Assembly Experience:</strong><span> Experience with product assembly, displays, kitting, or other specification-driven warehouse work.</span></li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong><span> Experience improving warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, receiving/shipping processes, or operational
