Role Overview
The Customer Delivery Manager is the linchpin that ensures every new arenaflex client—and every expansion for existing clients—launches flawlessly. From the moment a client gives the green light to the moment they go live, you will orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, manage project timelines, and guarantee that every technical, training, and documentation requirement is met. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, revenue growth, and arenaflex’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch Coordination: Lead the end‑to‑end launch process for new arenaflex clients, including project scoping, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports; ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Technical & Functional Alignment: Work closely with arenaflex’s R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to configure the platform, resolve integration challenges, and validate system readiness.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, requirement workshops, and status meetings.
- Training & Enablement: Design and deliver tailored training programs for client users, ensuring they are comfortable with arenaflex’s features and best practices.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Compile comprehensive launch documentation—including configuration guides, user manuals, and support playbooks—to empower client teams.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor support tickets, triage technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and collaborate with Product Management to prioritize features that add value before launch.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain reputed company communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding timelines, risks, and action items.
- Flexibility & Availability: Operate during core business hours (Monday‑Friday, 11 am‑8 pm) with the flexibility to adjust schedules for critical client needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise‑level client engagements, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, including configuration, integration, and go‑live support.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and technical teams.
- High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Advanced Skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Ariba, reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and payment processing systems.
- Familiarity with IT networking, web servers, XML, and internet technologies.
- Hands‑on experience
