Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our arenaflex team. In this full‑time role, you will serve as the reputed company of our remote pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless claims processing, and exceptional patient outreach—all while adhering to state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Prescription Management: Receive, verify, and input new written or electronic prescriptions into arenaflex’s pharmacy software platform. Confirm patient demographics, medication reputed company, prescriber information, and billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Claims Processing & Adjudication: Submit third‑party claims, monitor adjudication status, and resolve rejections reputed company. Coordinate with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Prior Authorization & Eligibility Verification: reputed company prior authorization requests for specialty medications, verify patient eligibility, and maintain up‑to‑date authorization status in the system.

- Quality & Regulatory Oversight: Follow arenaflex policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state pharmacy laws, and federal guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with pharmacists, RDOs, and the Operations team to resolve issues, share daily progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
- Current Missouri Board of Pharmacy license (or equivalent state license).
- Proficiency with arenaflex’s pharmacy software platform (or similar electronic health record systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
