Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, self‑driven Data Entry Specialist to join our College Division on a temporary, part‑time basis. This role is critical to our lead management process, ensuring that every prospective student’s information is captured accurately and promptly. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the University Relations team to streamline data flow, maintain confidentiality, and support our broader outreach strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Entry: Input lead information from various sources (event forms, online registrations, partner referrals) into the arenaflex CRM with 100% accuracy.
- Timely Processing: Ensure all new leads are entered within five working days of receipt, maintaining a consistent and reliable data pipeline.
- Data Verification: Cross‑check entries against source documents to eliminate errors, flag discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with the University Relations team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with University Relations, Marketing, and Program Management to synchronize data flows and support lead nurturing initiatives.
- Confidentiality & Security: Adhere to arenaflex’s data protection policies, safeguarding sensitive personal information in compliance with GDPR, FERPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of entered data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance data integrity.
- Reporting: Generate weekly status reports summarizing lead entry volumes, turnaround times, and any outstanding issues.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on arenaflex’s CRM updates, data standards, and industry best practices to maintain high performance.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
