Sales Development Representative (remote in Thailand)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Asia, APAC, Thailand

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a driven, creative, and self-starting Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in APAC. This role is critical to Profitroom’s growth, responsible for generating qualified meetings with our ideal hotel customers in the region.

The role

As a key member of our sales organisation, you will own the full outbound process — from data sourcing to booking meetings — and play an essential role in pipeline generation, relationship nurturing, and revenue acceleration. If you are process-driven, data-oriented, confident, and excited to take ownership, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll actually do

  • Own the entire outbound sales strategy for the region — including data collection, data enrichment, lead generation and outreach — working closely with the Regional Director and Sales Team.
  • Execute coordinated outbound campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives such as events, product launches, and roadshows.
  • Enrich and validate data using tools like Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, and Octoparse to build accurate, high-quality contact lists and identify key decision-makers for the region.
  • Run A/B testing to continuously optimise outreach and messaging while taking into account cultural and regional aspects.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted outbound activities and campaign execution.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, analysing results against KPIs to improve effectiveness.
  • Consistently deliver qualified meetings, achieving the monthly meetings target — the core KPI for this role.

→ Tech stack

  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse

  • Data enrichment skills — hands-on experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Language proficiency — fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Organisation & time management — excellent prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset — highly creative, proactive, and resourceful, able to think independently and solve problems without waiting for instruction.
  • Confident communication — a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make calls.
  • CRM proficiency — strong experience in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • AI-first mentality — an eagerness to learn, adopt, and work with AI-enhanced solutions.
