RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage FOH Staff.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food production and service.
  • Oversee shift management, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory control for FOH
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Plan and execute banquet services and special events to enhance guest experiences.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and hospitality best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in inventory control methods and cost management strategies.
  • Experience in shift management, including scheduling and staff training.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,941.00 per year
