Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Remote UPS Data Entry Specialist to become a critical part of our shipping operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining UPS shipment data, generating actionable reports, and supporting the broader logistics workflow. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management

  • Accurately input UPS shipment details—including tracking numbers, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service level—into arenaflex’s proprietary logistics platform.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring 99.9% data integrity across all records.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date master files, spreadsheets, and databases, adhering to standardized naming conventions and data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with the shipping coordination team to reconcile inbound and outbound shipment logs, guaranteeing seamless end‑to‑end visibility.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly data validation scripts to flag anomalies and proactively resolve issues before they impact customers.
  • Generate customized reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rates, exception handling, and cost trends.
  • Provide data‑driven insights that support process improvement initiatives, helping arenaflex reduce shipping errors and optimize carrier selection.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including customer service, finance, and IT—to ensure data consistency across all systems.
  • Participate in virtual stand‑up meetings, sharing status updates, challenges, and success stories with the logistics operations group.
  • Handle confidential shipment information with the highest level of discretion, complying with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Stay current on UPS system updates, industry best practices, and emerging logistics technologies to recommend enhancements to arenaflex’s data workflows.
  • Engage in ongoing training modules, webinars, and certification programs offered by arenaflex to sharpen technical and analytical skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven data entry experience, preferably within a shipping, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and basic macros).
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy while processing large volumes of data under tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time‑management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily targets independently.
