Position Overview

LAS Elite Travel Agency is seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, communicating with suppliers, and helping ensure travel arrangements are accurate and well-organized. This position is performed remotely using online tools and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide general destination and travel-related information based on client preferences
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, and travel information
Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements
Review booking details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
Follow established company procedures and service standards

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative support is helpful but not required
