[Remote] Real-World Evidence Account-Based Marketing and Content Marketer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. egnite is a data-centric digital healthcare company that uses artificial intelligence and technology to improve care for heart disease patients. The Account-Based Marketing and Content Marketer will own ABM strategy and content production for the real-world evidence business line, targeting pharma, medtech, and health-data-provider audiences. The role will execute multichannel campaigns, produce technical marketing content, track account engagement and pipeline influence, and apply data-driven marketing practices.


Responsibilities

  • Build and run ABM campaigns targeting named pharma, medtech, and health-data-provider accounts
  • Define and prioritize target account lists in partnership with the CCO and CDO
  • Design multi-channel ABM plays — email, LinkedIn, paid, events, direct mail — tailored to buying committees within target accounts
  • Track and report ABM program performance: account engagement, pipeline influence, and account-stage progression
  • Write and produce white papers, case studies, data sheets, thought leadership, and sales enablement content
  • Translate real-world evidence and clinical/data findings into commercially compelling narratives for pharma, medtech, and provider audiences
  • Partner with the clinical / RWE team to ensure scientific and regulatory accuracy in all messaging
  • Maintain working knowledge of the RWD ecosystem: data providers, aggregators, and pharma/medtech RWE buyers, plus relevant regulatory context (e.g., FDA real-world evidence guidance)
  • Apply data-driven marketing practices — segmentation, intent signals, and account scoring — suited to a data-buyer audience
  • Run a high cadence of campaigns (webinars, email nurtures, conference support) dedicated to the RWE product line
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager for design and HubSpot execution support
  • This role requires privileged access controls for critical systems or data, ensuring that only authorized employees have access to sensitive information to help prevent data breaches and unauthorized access to sensitive information

Skills

  • 5-7+ years in B2B marketing with direct, hands-on experience in ABM strategy and execution
  • Experience marketing to pharma, medtech, or healthcare-data buyers; direct RWE/RWD experience strongly preferred
  • Strong writer, able to translate complex or technical data into clear commercial narratives without oversimplifying
  • Experience with ABM and marketing technology tools (HubSpot; LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and run a full campaign calendar
  • Prior experience at a health-data, RWE, or life-sciences data company
  • Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory frameworks governing real-world evidence
  • Experience producing and/or hosting webinars
