Remote Personal/Executive Assistant

About Us

We’re a stealth-stage fund and tech startup operating at the intersection of alternative markets and quantitative strategy. Backed by experienced operators and growing quickly, we’re building the infrastructure to scale a high-performance, data-driven business.

We're currently a lean team with outsized ambition. Our founder has a strong track record of execution and growth, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to help him move faster, stay focused, and operate at his highest level.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the Founder, you’ll be the right hand to a fast-moving, high-performing founder building a category-defining company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments, is obsessively organized, and loves bringing structure to chaos.

You’ll be responsible for helping the founder protect his time, manage priorities, and maintain operational flow across internal and external initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Your north star is simple: help the founder stay focused on what matters most. In practice, that will mean wearing many hats, and the exact nature of your responsibilities will evolve as the company grows.

Expect your day-to-day to include a blend of the following:

  • Manage the Founder’s Workflow: Own the calendar, protect time for deep work, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups happen, all while anticipating what’s around the corner.
  • Triage Chaos Into Clarity: Help prioritize what’s urgent vs. important across dozens of tasks, messages, and ideas. You’ll help reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
  • Be the Founder's Operational Extension: Whether it’s coordinating a last-minute call with a partner, organizing internal priorities, or pushing a key project forward, you’ll keep the wheels turning.
  • Pick Up Unstructured Tasks: You’ll jump into whatever needs to be done, figure out how to do it, and get it done fast.
  • Solve Problems Before They Escalate: You’ll spot gaps, remove blockers, and flag anything that might slow us down, often before anyone else realizes it’s a problem.
  • Stay Flexible: The job will change, often. You’ll need to adapt quickly and bring order and structure wherever it’s needed most.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations role at a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Are an organizational powerhouse: you bring calm to chaos and thrive off streamlining complexity
  • Are a clear, concise communicator: you write well, think quickly, and know how to represent someone else’s voice
  • Are tech-savvy and resourceful: you love learning new tools and figuring things out
  • Can read between the lines: you have high emotional intelligence, discretion, and understand how to manage relationships with tact
  • Don’t wait for instructions: you’re proactive, anticipate needs, and move things forward without needing to be asked
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and change: the role and company will evolve quickly, and you’re excited to evolve with it

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with founders or C-level execs
  • Familiarity with Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, Airtable, and lightweight project management tools
  • Interest in startups, investing, alternative markets, or behavioral strategy
  • Work side-by-side with a high-caliber founder on a mission to build something novel
  • Shape your role in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Learn the ins and outs of company building from the ground up
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
