[Remote] Marketing Leader ( Performance Marketing Focus)

The Marketing Leader will translate the CEO's vision into measurable growth by owning the performance marketing strategy and driving full-funnel marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution across paid media, lifecycle channels (email, push), direct mail, and emerging channels
  • Translate company vision into scalable, ROI-driven growth plans across acquisition, engagement, and monetization
  • Drive full-funnel performance from acquisition through cross-sell, upsell, and retention
  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate high-performing concepts and messaging
  • Work with cross-sell and upsell teams to maximize lifetime value and products per customer
  • Lead coordination across marketing, product, sales, and analytics to ensure aligned execution
  • Establish structured testing frameworks across creative, channel, audience, and offer, and scale what works
  • Build and maintain clear visibility into campaign performance, budgets, forecasts, and results
  • Identify growth opportunities across mortgage, HELOC, insurance, and app ecosystems
  • Drive operational rigor across workflows, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a force multiplier by removing friction, accelerating execution, and raising performance standards

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or consumer marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-direct brands
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition (search, social, display), lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push), and offline channels such as direct mail
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel economics including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and attribution
  • Experience driving cross-sell and upsell across multiple product lines
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization without direct authority
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a focus on testing and iteration
  • Strong partnership with creative teams and a clear perspective on what drives performance
  • High level of execution with strong attention to detail and speed
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious targets
