[Remote] Finance Specialist

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iMerit is seeking experienced banking professionals to support the development and evaluation of realistic simulated environments for AI agents. The Finance Specialist will review banking workflows, data, tools, and tasks; assess their realism and completeness; identify inaccuracies or omissions; and provide actionable recommendations and feedback. Responsibilities Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world banking operations Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from the perspective of an experienced banking professional Evaluate whether workflows accurately reflect real-world banking processes, systems, stakeholders, controls, documentation, and decision-making Identify unrealistic, incomplete, or missing elements and explain how they differ from actual banking practices Provide clear and actionable recommendations, including What is wrong, unrealistic, or missing? Why is it inconsistent with real-world banking practices? How should it be improved? What examples or professional context support the recommendation? Participate in project onboarding, calibration, and feedback sessions as required Skills Approximately 3–7 years of hands-on professional experience in banking or a closely related financial services role Practical experience in one or more of the following Commercial Banking Corporate Banking Credit / Risk Commercial Lending Payments Treasury Services Relevant backgrounds may include Relationship Manager Credit Analyst / Credit Manager Risk Manager / Analyst Commercial Lender Corporate Banker Treasury / Payments professional Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial data, customer relationships, documentation, approvals, controls, and operational processes Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback Strong written communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Benefits Remote work arrangement Company Overview iMerit provides AI data solutions across computer vision and natural language processing for AI developers.
