Remote Driver Recruiter – Independent Contractor (1099) – Commission + Bonuses

FROM ANYWHERE. BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. CONTROL YOUR INCOME.

We are expanding our nationwide driver recruiting team and looking for motivated, self-managed people who know how to communicate, follow up, and get results.

This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employee position.

You determine when and where you work. Your compensation is performance-based, so there is no preset cap on commissions.

COMPENSATION

Recruiters earn commissions for successful driver hires.

  • Typically $500–$1,000 commission per qualified hire, depending on the available position/account
  • Additional performance bonuses may be available
  • No preset commission ceiling
  • Advancement opportunities available after establishing a proven performance record
  • Leadership-level opportunities may provide additional earning potential

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Earnings are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual activity, successful placements, available positions, and other factors.

MORE THAN 2,000 TRUCKING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE DAILY

You aren't trying to recruit every driver into one job.

Our network provides access to 2,000+ available trucking opportunities daily with carrier opportunities throughout the United States.

That means you'll have the ability to work with drivers looking for:

  • Local opportunities
  • Regional positions
  • Dedicated accounts
  • OTR positions
  • Home-weekly opportunities
  • No-touch freight
  • Specialized positions
  • Lease and owner-operator opportunities
  • Other available Class A driving positions

Your job is to talk with drivers, understand what they're looking for, identify potential matches, and help qualified candidates through the recruiting process.

WE PROVIDE THE INFRASTRUCTURE

You're in business for yourself, but you don't have to build everything from scratch.

You'll have access to:

  • Lead-generation resources
  • Recruiting tools
  • Back-office support
  • Carrier and job opportunities
  • Driver application resources
  • Training and development
  • Recruiting processes and systems
  • Support from an experienced recruiting team

We provide the tools and support. You bring the effort, personality, follow-through, and best version of yourself.

WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL DAY LOOK LIKE?

This isn't a position for someone who wants to send a few messages and wait for drivers to respond.

Successful recruiters are willing to get on the phone and talk to people.

Many recruiters structure their activity around reaching approximately 25–30 driver conversations throughout the day, although as an independent contractor you manage your own schedule and work methods.

The formula is simple:

Talk to drivers. Build relationships. Find the right opportunities. Follow up. Make placements. Get paid.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • Are confident talking on the phone
  • Genuinely enjoy working with people
  • Are self-motivated
  • Can manage yourself without constant supervision
  • Have strong follow-up skills
  • Are comfortable working in a performance-based environment
  • Want flexibility instead of a traditional 9-to-5 schedule
  • Are willing to learn
  • Want an opportunity where increased production can increase your earning potential

Previous recruiting or trucking experience can be helpful, but training is provided.

WORK FROM HOME — OR WORK WHILE YOU TRAVEL

Because this is a remote independent contractor opportunity, you can perform recruiting activities from virtually anywhere you can legally perform the work and have the necessary phone and internet access.

Work from home. Build your own schedule. Work while traveling.

What matters is your ability to communicate with drivers, stay organized, follow up, and produce results.

WANT TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER?

We're also looking for future leaders.

Recruiters who establish a proven track record of consistent performance and leadership ability may be considered for advancement into leadership opportunities.

Leadership roles may provide significantly greater earning potential. High earnings, including six-figure annual compensation, may be possible for top performers but are not guaranteed and depend on individual and team performance.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

If you need someone standing over you telling you when to start working, when to make calls, and when to follow up, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

But if you're good on the phone, like people, can manage yourself, and are motivated by results, we want to hear from you.

READY TO BUILD YOUR OWN RESULTS?

Bring your work ethic.

Bring your personality.

Bring your determination.

We'll provide the training, tools, opportunities, and support to help you get started.
