Remote Account Executive/ Closer

About the Role:
We are hiring a full time remote account executive/high ticket closers to conduct consultations with warm inbound leads and enroll them into personalized natural health and weight loss care plans. Leads come in having already engaged with our content and are actively seeking help with their health. Your primary focus is guiding prospective patients through a confident decision to begin their care.

Responsibilities:
Conduct phone and video consultations with warm inbound prospective patients
Guide prospects through understanding their health concerns and enrolling in the appropriate care plan
Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet enrolled
Serve as a point of contact for existing patients to ensure they are getting results
Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time
Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm Eastern Time
Fully remote, reliable computer and Wifi required

Compensation:
Base salary $40,000-$46,000 per year
Commission paid monthly based on cash collected
OTE $168,000 to $218,000 annually
Top performers earning $250,000 or more
Monthly bonus structure included

Requirements:
High ticket or remote sales experience required
Proven ability to conduct consultations, build rapport and guide prospects to confident decisions
Background or genuine interest in health, wellness or holistic medicine
Experience with CRM software and sales follow up systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented, self motivated and accountable to performance metrics
United States or Canada based candidates only

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience selling health, wellness or coaching programs
Experience as an enrollment advisor, health coach or consultative sales representative
Comfortable in a performance driven commission based environment
