Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our human resources team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and engage top talent across various departments. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your communication skills and technical expertise to streamline candidate sourcing, manage applicant tracking systems, and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Responsibilities

  • Assist with lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management, job boards, and networking platforms.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to ensure accurate candidate data entry and updates.
  • Support the recruitment team in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Contribute to social media campaigns aimed at promoting job openings and enhancing employer branding efforts.
  • Maintain organized records of recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate correspondence for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding processes and assist in maintaining HRIS data accuracy.

Experience

  • Previous experience supporting human resources or recruitment functions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Experience in lead generation through social media management or online sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms and social media management tools to optimize recruitment outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills to foster positive interactions across teams and external partners.

1x Saturday - flexi between 10am & 2pm

1XMonday - flexi between 10am & 2pm

Pay: £3,500.00-£5,000.00 per year
