Property & Inventory Assistant

Role overview

We are looking for an amazing Property & Inventory Assistant to support the property management team and inventory team. You\'ll be
responsible for attending a portfolio of properties to asses and report on their condition, creating accurate reports. You will be
required to take photos of properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report
to be created for the tenants and landlords involved.
This role is full time, Monday – Friday with some travel to sites within 1 hour radius of Manchester, therefore you must hold a
full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

What will you do?

* Allocating and responding to emails
* Conduct Inventories, checkouts, and mid term inspections
* Communicating any works following inspections to the property management team
* Ensure all reports are submitted within 24 hours of appointment
* Compliance management when visiting properties
* Assist with any other reasonable tasks the Lettings Manager sees suitable



What are we looking for?

* Full, UK clean driving licence and car, as there will be some travel to sites within 1 hour radius of Manchester
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills and previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
* Impressive attention to detail - with an eye to note all features, issues and any damage within properties
* Previous experience of diary management
* Experience using an Apple/Samsung tablet and/or mobile phone
* Somebody who is proactive, versatile and self-assured with a positive can-do attitude
* Somebody who can remain calm and focused when working in a pressured, reactive and fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working within property industry (desirable)
