Production Associate - Night Shift - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

We’re eager to work with humble team players and pragmatic next-level thinkers to innovate on Home Chef’s offerings.<br><br>This role follows a <strong>Night shift </strong>schedule, working from <strong>6:00 PM</strong> to<strong> 4:30 AM</strong>, with designated days off on <strong>Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.<br><br><br><br></strong>Home Chef's newest location is located at: 1701 E Patapsco Ave, Baltimore, MD 21226<br><br>A successful Production Associate will have<br><br><ul><li>a positive attitude, reliable transportation, and willingness to move between tasks when needed</li><li>strong attention to detail while picking ingredients throughout the assembly process</li><li>an ability to visually inspect produce</li><li>an ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>an ability to lift (less than 50 pounds)</li><li>a willingness to work in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift (34-36F)<br><br></li></ul><strong><em>Orientation + Onboarding Requirements <br><br></em></strong>Once you join the team, there is a strict 2-week onboarding window where you will be expected to be present every scheduled work day. Orientations are typically on Wednesdays, starting at 7:15am.<br><br><em><strong>GMP Adherence <br><br></strong></em><em>We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and all of our associates are required to keep our customers safe. While compensation is within the provided range, it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper end.
