Build, ship and evolve Ithara — Suzega's agentic engineering platform — so Expert Pods deliver production-ready agentic AI in six-week cycles, with measurable outcomes and enterprise-grade trust.

What you’d do

  • Design, build and maintain the core components of Ithara, Suzega's agentic engineering platform.
  • Deliver Ithara features end-to-end — AI apps, backend, frontend and data layers.
  • Keep quality exceptional: rigorous testing, debugging and production monitoring across every component.
  • Drive adoption in client delivery teams through onboarding, documentation, blueprints and pre-built components.
  • Capture reusable patterns from client engagements and fold them back into the platform, compounding Ithara's value.
  • Track and improve the metrics that matter: time-to-deployment, code reuse, cost per AI app.
  • Enforce security, compliance and responsible-AI practice across the platform.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience building and scaling full-stack platforms — frontend, backend, APIs, data — with a sharp product instinct.
  • Hands-on work with AI applications, LLM orchestration frameworks, SDK development or agentic workflows.
  • Experience designing reusable component libraries, SDKs or internal developer platforms that scale across teams.
  • Operational rigor: production monitoring, testing frameworks, CI/CD, cloud data infrastructure.
  • Clear technical writing and the appetite to mentor and enable delivery teams.
  • The agility to turn complex requirements into clean, reusable platform features.
