Mercedes-Benz of Dartford are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support Specialist. You will work 30hrs per week on varying shifts to cover the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6.30pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm . Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Telephone Specialist Role

As a Telephone Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, handling phone calls with professionalism and warmth. You will use your communication skills to support customers with their enquiry needs, ensuring everyone receives the highest level of care from their very first interaction.

Who We Are Looking For: Key Telephone Customer Service Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and reassure customers of all backgrounds.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail when recording information.
  • Positive, empathetic, and patient manner, especially in busy periods.
  • Passion for delivering memorable, high-quality customer service experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a professional team and independently.
  • Confident using phone systems and customer database tools (CRM)
  • Previous experience in a customer service is a requirement however this does not have to be in Automotive - we can teach you the rest
  • Flexible, proactive attitude and eager to learn about new products, services, and processes.

  • Handle incoming general enquiry calls with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Accurately record, transfer, and follow up on all customer enquiries
