Their expertise includes mobile marketing, college sports marketing, field marketing, sampling, event production, media merchandising, and much more.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a part-time remote role for a Staff Recruiter at NFuse 360 Marketing. The Staff Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent / brand Ambassadors to work at our events and specifically in the Falll as part of our College Football program. These assignments are ALL Temporary. Key tasks include creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring processes.</li><li>Experience with recruitment tools and job boards.</li><li>Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in using technology to manage remote hiring processes efficiently.</li><li>Previous experience in event marketing or field recruiting is a plus.</li><li>Need to understand how to network with Brand Ambassador community. on soical channels</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Send Resume's to Hillary.Stone@nfuse360.com</p>
