Part-Time Client Follow-Up Specialist (English/Spanish preferred) at SueEasy

$30/hour · 15–20 hours/week · Menlo Park office or remote (Bay Area preferred)

About us

SueEasy helps everyday people prepare and file their own cases without hiring a lawyer. Typical matters include unpaid security deposits, small claims, and other civil disputes. Sue, our AI guide, walks customers through the process, and our team helps them finish it. SueEasy is being incubated by LegalForce RAPC Worldwide, P.C., a Silicon Valley law firm, which is the employer for this role.

The role

When someone reaches out to SueEasy, a real person should follow up with them. That’s your job. You’ll call and text every new lead, get to know their situation, explain how SueEasy’s do-it-yourself service works, and help them get started. You’ll also help us work out the best follow-up rhythm: which messages work, what time of day people answer, and when to stop.

What you’ll do

  • Call and text every new lead promptly, within their local business hours.
  • Follow up on a consistent schedule until each lead signs up or is closed out.
  • Explain SueEasy’s services, process, and pricing clearly, without giving legal advice.
  • Log every call and text, and track what works and what doesn’t.
  • Suggest ways to improve our scripts, timing, and process.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re warm and confident on the phone, and you enjoy talking with people.
  • You have customer-facing experience, for example in a coffee shop, retail, hospitality, or a call center. No legal background is needed, and we’ll train you.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • You’re reliable, organized, and comfortable with texting and simple software.
  • You’d like to grow with an early-stage company.

Pay and schedule

  • $30/hour, paid hourly. This role does not pay commission.
  • 3–4 hours a day on weekdays, with flexible hours.
  • You can work from our Menlo Park office or from home.
