The Virtual Assistant plays an important role in supporting daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, organizing information, communicating with team members, and helping maintain efficient workflows. This position is available on both part-time and full-time schedules and can be performed remotely from home.

Position Overview

As a Work From Home Virtual Assistant, you will provide reliable administrative and organizational support to help the team stay organized and productive. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and virtual support tasks.
Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records.
Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
Respond to emails and routine business communications.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar activities.
Assist with preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Conduct basic online research and organize findings.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Communicate with team members regarding assignments and ongoing tasks.
Manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of business information.


Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in virtual assistance, administration, data entry, customer service, or a related field.
