Paid Audition: Canva Graphic Designer for Wedding Template Collections (Long-Term Work)

We are launching a premium Etsy storefront specializing in editable wedding template bundles. We are seeking a talented, trend-conscious Graphic Designer for a long-term partnership to build our product catalog.

To find the perfect fit, we are running a Paid Audition (Trial Task) for 2–3 selected candidates.

The Paid Audition Scope:

If selected, you will be given a specific wedding design aesthetic (e.g., Editorial Minimalist, Dark Romance, etc...) and asked to design just 3 core template pieces:

1.Main Wedding Invitation (5x7")

2. Save-the-Date Card (5x7")

3. Reception Welcome Sign (24x36")

The Long-Term Opportunity

The designer who performs best during this trial will be awarded the contract to expand this design into a full 15–20 piece mega-bundle (including seating charts, menus, itineraries, and social media mockups) for an additional $250+. We plan to release multiple collections per month.

Strict Technical Requirements

• All work must be designed and delivered via editable Canva template links.

• You must use EXCLUSIVELY Free-tier Canva elements and fonts. No Canva Pro assets or premium watermarked graphics are allowed, as our end customers must not face a paywall.

• All intellectual property and commercial distribution rights must transfer to us upon milestone payment.
