What You Will Do

As a Office Assistant you will greet visitors, answer and route telephone calls, respond to routine questions, schedule appointments, manage calendars, receive and distribute correspondence, maintain records, perform data entry, organize front-office areas, and provide general administrative support while creating a professional and welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and employees.
