Role Description

As a

Mobile Notary / Loan Signing Agent , you will:

Conduct in-person or remote loan document signings.

Verify borrower identities according to state notary laws.

Guide clients through real estate closing packages without offering legal advice.

Ensure all signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed accurately.

Maintain confidentiality and follow proper document-handling procedures.

Return completed packages on time via secure upload or overnight courier.

Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services as needed.

This position is ideal for organized individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

Earn

$75–$200+ per loan signing , depending on:

Type of loan package

Travel distance

Scanbacks

Same-day or rush appointments

Additional income may also be earned by performing

general notary work
