Location: Tooting Film Studios, Tooting, London (CR4 2JX)

Salary: £30,000 Base Monthly Sales Bonus (OTE up to £40,000 per annum)

Reports to: Studio Director / Founder

This is the perfect role for you if you:

  • Have 2-3 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Want to have direct impact and authority to help a business grow.
  • Are interested in video production and being involved in studio life.
The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Executive to sit at the heart of our operations.

This is both for our studio space as well as our award-winning production agency.

This means managing studio bookings, ensuring their shoot is successful, and working on brilliant marketing content to help our business grow!

We are looking for a proactive individual who lives within 5 miles of the studio. As a key holder in a startup environment, you are the face of the studio; we need someone who can reliably reach us even when London transport falters, ensuring our clients’ productions always start on time.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Success (Studio Management)

  • Booking Management: Lead the end-to-end studio booking process, from initial inquiry to "wrap."
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional hospitality and technical reassurance to visiting crews.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain studio and equipment processes, ensuring the space is "shoot-ready" at all times and managing relationships with external suppliers/kit hire houses.
  • On-Site Support: Occasionally assist with basic studio resets or gear movements to support incoming productions.
Marketing & Sales (Studio Production Company Growth)
  • Digital Marketing: Writing blog posts and website content to help improve our SEO, a monthly newsletter and managing ads.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute cold outreach (Email/LinkedIn) to producers and brands to drive new studio bookings and agency inquiries.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for both brands, creating "Behind the Scenes" reels and showcase content.
  • CRM & Sales Support: Maintain our client database, ensuring all leads are followed up - your diligence here directly impacts your monthly bonus.
  • Event Planning: Help organise studio "Open Days," industry mixers, or workshops to build the local creative community.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Understands the basics of digital marketing: SEO, social media, email marketing.
  • Has previous experience or a strong interest in film production or studio environment
  • Must be local to Tooting or Mitcham (within 5 miles of CR4 2JX)
Your skillset should include:
  • Copywriting: Strong written English for professional emails and engaging newsletters.
  • Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on a lead or pitch our space to a new agency.
  • Attributes: Proactive, "can-do" attitude, and the grit required to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
  • Social Media Savvy: Ability to use Adobe Express to make high-quality social content a plus
Benefits & Compensation
  • It’s not unrealistic to take home £40,000 per annum in this role, with a base salary of £30,000. The monthly sales-related bonus is based on a realistic number of bookings.
  • Additional bonuses available on overall performance throughout the year.
  • Health & Wellness: Unlimited membership to a local boutique Fitness Studio.
  • Leave: 28 days (including bank holidays), plus an additional 1 day of leave for every year of employment.
  • Impact: The opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing, award-winning creative team.
  • How to Apply

Please send your CV and a short cover letter detailing your relevant film/studio experience to work@serialbox.studio.

Important: Please include your distance from the studio (CR4 2JX) in miles at the top of your application.
