Manager - Payments Testing & Certification Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive testing and certification strategy for all payment products. Lead a team of testers and certification specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and requirements. Ensure all payment products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, including EMV, PCI, and other compliance standards. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payment testing and certification. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the testing and certification process. Develop and maintain testing and certification documentation, including test plans, test cases, and certification reports. Monitor and report on the progress of testing and certification activities, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of testing and certification efforts. Continuously evaluate and improve the testing and certification process to increase efficiency and ensure high-quality results. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in payment testing and certification. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve the testing and certification process. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to payment testing and certification. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information related to payment products. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert on payment testing and certification, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing and certification results. Develop and manage budgets for testing and certification activities. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure testing and certification requirements are incorporated into the product design process.
