LEVELOCITI - Agency Recruiter (Remote) | Direct Hire

Agency Recruiter (Remote) | Direct Hire Location: Fully Remote (EST or CST Preferred)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Flexible PTO, Company-Provided Equipment

Overview We're adding several Agency Recruiters across our recruiting teams.

This opportunity is designed for recruiters with early agency recruiting experience who are looking for the right platform to build momentum, make more placements, and accelerate their careers.

Rather than expecting you to build a desk from scratch, you'll have immediate access to dozens of active client searches, allowing you to focus on making placements, building recruiting momentum, and refining your craft from day one.

We believe recruiting success compounds. The faster you build momentum early in your career, the faster you develop the judgment, relationships, and production habits that lead to long-term success. Our role is to provide the platform, support, and opportunities to help you get there.

You'll initially focus on recruiting and building production momentum across an established portfolio of active searches. As you gain traction, you'll quickly have opportunities to develop client relationships, expand into business development, and build your own full-desk portfolio.

We don't believe career progression should be based on tenure. As you demonstrate production, consistency, and readiness, opportunities expand quickly.

If you're competitive, accountable, collaborative, and motivated to continue improving your craft, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for permanent placement opportunities
  • Source, recruit, interview, and present candidates across an established portfolio of active client searches
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates throughout your market
  • Partner closely with clients throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidates through acceptance and start date
  • Maintain recruiting activity, pipelines, and candidate relationships within our ATS
  • As your production grows, gradually expand into business development and full-desk recruiting
  • Continue developing your market expertise while building long-term client and candidate relationships
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience
  • Permanent placement recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
  • Competitive, coachable, and accountable
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates and share ideas
  • A genuine desire to continue improving both personally and professionally
What Makes This Opportunity Different
  • Immediate access to dozens of active client searches from day one
  • A structured path toward building your own full-desk portfolio
  • Ongoing mentorship, practical coaching, and real-time collaboration - not occasional check-ins
  • Daily access to experienced recruiters and managers who are actively working searches alongside you
  • You'll join a team where collaboration is part of the operating model - not an occasional occurrence. We work together every day to solve searches, share ideas, and help each other succeed.
  • As your desk grows, you'll have the ability immediately to leverage the support of other recruiters across the organization to help scale your production and better serve your clients
  • Performance-based career progression with opportunities to grow into leadership over time
  • Modern recruiting technology and sourcing tools
Who Typically Excels Here The recruiters who tend to thrive here enjoy competing, but they don't need to compete against their teammates. They take ownership of their results, communicate well, ask thoughtful questions, and are always looking for ways to improve. They're self-motivated enough to succeed in a remote environment while understanding that collaboration makes everyone better.

If you're looking for an environment where hard work, consistency, and accountability create opportunities - not office politics or tenure - you'll likely fit in well here.
