You will help enhance the brand image by maintaining a strong online presence as well as developing and improving the quality of written articles.</p><p><strong>What the opportunity looks like</strong></p><ul><li><p>Write accurate, engaging, and informative content in line with tone of brand.</p></li><li><p>Produce trending articles at speed while maintaining impeccable grammar, ensuring all deadlines and quotas are met.</p></li><li><p>Pitching original ideas and follow-up angles for the biggest stories across our brands.</p></li><li><p>Growing and utilising contacts for leads.</p></li><li><p>Researching and seeking the latest news, trends, and reports ahead of competitors.</p></li><li><p>Tracking article success with sessions and engage time, using this to pitch follow-ups and and improve your writing.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and experience we'd like you to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have a journalistic background with 1+ years experience in a newsroom/similar role.</p></li><li><p>NCTJ Qualified</p></li><li><p>You are target driven and understand the necessity for tight turnaround times.</p></li><li><p>You have a proven ability to think, imagine and produce new and original ideas.</p></li><li><p>You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.</p></li><li><p>A degree within a relevant field is desirable but not essential.</p></li></ul><p>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work from home and the offices on a weekly basis.</p><p>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
