We are currently seeking a proactive and people-oriented part-time Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Human Resources Manager and contribute to sourcing top talent. Responsibilities: • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews • Conduct candidate interviews • Onboard new team members • Use social media networks (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, etc) to look for and connect with potential candidates • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates • Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify each position’s requirements • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates • Develop a network of potential candidates • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases • Proactively source potential hires • Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill Requirements and skills: • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases • Basic knowledge of labor laws • Excellent organizational skills • Good time-management skills • Strong communications skills Note: • Please note that this is a 1099 contractor position. • This is a REMOTE position • You will also need to complete a background check before contracting with us. • We're seeking applicants who are available during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do in addition to a full-time job - the work is not project-based. • Please note: We are not currently hiring applicants in MT, PA, NY, NJ & CA.
